You are on the list.
No provider in San Juan Capistrano is taking requests through this service yet. We are lining them up, and yours is kept until one can.
- Nobody gets your details yet. Your request stays with us and is not passed to any company.
- One email when someone can help. When a provider covering your area can take it on, we email you once and ask whether you want that company, by name, to contact you.
- Deleted after 90 days. If nobody can take it on, or you do not say yes, your contact details are deleted 90 days after your request.
- You decide, or you do not. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay us.
Nobody will call you about this request unless you say yes to a company by name.
We are a matching service for San Juan Capistrano homeowners, and not a roofing contractor. We hold no roofing licence, we perform no roofing work, and we employ no roofing crews. What we do is take a short description of your roof problem and put it in front of independent local contractors who do hold licences and who do the work.
At roughly 4 miles from open water, salt is in the air on most days. Plots run generous, so the square footage being quoted is often larger than homeowners expect. Roughly 35,469 people, 12 square miles, and one county line: that is San Juan Capistrano.
The problem that comes up first here is airborne salt working on the fixings rather than the covering. It is a slow version of the same story they tell on the sand: the roof outlives its own fastenings unless somebody specified for it.
Why this exists
Hiring a roofer is one of the least pleasant purchases a homeowner makes. The top search results are bought, the reviews are hard to trust, and hardly anybody makes it past the third phone call. On the other side, good roofing crews spend a fortune reaching people who are only browsing.
What sits here is deliberately small: enough questions that a contractor can tell whether your job is theirs, and a hard limit of three of them seeing it.
How we make money
The money comes from contractors buying introductions, and from nothing else. You are never billed, and there is no second product waiting behind the first. If you would rather not be introduced to anybody, the checklist is here to use without filling anything in.
Where we cover
This site is for San Juan Capistrano, CA, in Orange County. Contractors in the network typically work a radius rather than a boundary, so nearby communities including Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, San Clemente, and Laguna Hills are usually covered by the same crews.
